Risk Disclosure

Trading perpetual futures and using AI trading agents carries substantial risk and is not suitable for every user. By using the Service you confirm that you understand and accept the following.
Total loss is possible
Leveraged perpetual futures can move against you faster than you can react. A position can be fully liquidated within seconds of the price crossing your liquidation level. You may lose all USDC in your account.
Markets are 24/7 and never close
Perpetual markets trade continuously. Adverse moves can occur while you sleep. Stop-loss orders can fail to execute at your intended price during thin liquidity or fast moves.
Agents are not advice
AI agents you build through the Service are tools, not financial advisors. Backtest results — including out-of-sample walk-forward verdicts — describe the past and do not guarantee future performance. Strategies that look profitable in backtest can be unprofitable live, and often are.
Smart-contract and protocol risk
- The underlying L1 perpetuals protocol is experimental. Bugs, outages, or governance changes can affect your funds.
- The bridge contracts that move USDC between Arbitrum and SorooshX can fail or be exploited.
- Wallets, browser extensions, and the JavaScript runtime can be compromised by malware on your own device.
Counterparty risk
Although the Service is non-custodial, SorooshX's on-chain contracts hold your collateral. Failure of its validators, oracles, or liquidation engine could affect your account.
Regulatory risk
Crypto regulation is uncertain and varies by jurisdiction. Future regulation may restrict your ability to use the Service or withdraw funds.
Software risk
The Service is software. It can have bugs. An order may be placed incorrectly, an agent may misinterpret an instruction, or a UI may display stale data. We mitigate these risks but cannot eliminate them. Always review every trade before signing.
You are solely responsible
Every order, every agent, every signature is yours. The Service operators do not custody, recommend, or control your trades. If you cannot afford to lose what you deposit, do not deposit.
