Trump is ruining America's credit with this loosening, no one denies the terrible blows that were inflicted in the war (which was also Israel's art, but it was a cure for Trump!) but America's wrong and uncoordinated strategic policies have caused the survival of the mullahs' government! This government could have been overthrown more easily than this. Trump is turning the morsel around his head, or his policy is not to overthrow the regime at all!!!
