Read the lesson

The first time you connect a wallet, and before deposits and withdrawals, SorooshX asks seven short questions. It isn't a test to catch you out: each question is one rule that keeps your wallet clean and your money safe.

  • A new wallet, just for SorooshX. A wallet with an unknown past can inherit problems from transactions you never made.
  • Verified exchanges only, both ways. Deposit from and withdraw to verified exchanges, and never send coins in from your other wallets.
  • USDC on Arbitrum, plus a little ETH for gas, at the same address. USDC on the wrong network can be lost for good.
  • Your 12 words stay offline. Paper, never a screenshot or a cloud note.
  • Your keys, your signature. SorooshX never holds your keys; the security of your device is yours.

Pick a wrong answer and the app tells you; you simply choose again. Get all seven right and you're ready. Now and then it asks again as a refresher.

Check yourself: (1) Can you fund your SorooshX wallet from another personal wallet? (2) Which network does your USDC need to be on, and what else do you need there? (3) What happens if you choose a wrong answer?
