(English + فارسی) 🟪 BTC Monthly Update: 🔸️Bitcoin has been in a strong uptrend for more than 3 years, but it still has not shown a deep corrective phase that would indicate long-term holders are taking profits. For the market to build a sustainable, forward-looking bullish structure, long-term investors must realize some profits so that excessive and unrealistic hype can cool down and the market can return to a healthy trajectory. 🔸️From a technical perspective, the price needs to form a higher low, a corrective base that can generate the energy required for the next major bullish wave. Think of this behavior in a smaller timeframe such as the 1-hour chart. no healthy uptrend can move straight up forever without profit-taking and a pullback. The market simply can not rise “like a shovel handle” nonstop. 😅 🔸️On the monthly timeframe, a clear divergence between price and RSI is visible, signaling that price is becoming exhausted after an extended rise and requires a corrective phase and some rest. Such divergence is typically the beginning of a medium to long-term correction. 🔸️There are two key demand areas where Bitcoin is highly likely to react. Which zone ultimately becomes the base of the next macro uptrend depends on the type of candles that form once price reaches these regions. 🔹 Zone One: Between 65000 and 74000 This region contains a strong range and compression zone. A reaction here is highly probable. The monthly EMA 50 is now positioned very close to the lower boundary, turning this area into an extremely strong support. 🔹 Zone Two: Between 43000 and 50000 If selling pressure continues, this zone becomes the next major destination. This zone previously acted as a powerful base, and triggered a ~150% rally in Bitcoin. It is, therefore, a major long-term demand region. 🔸️With this upcoming correction, RSI gains the opportunity to: form a bullish continuation divergence (the more likely scenario), or drop into a zone of heavy oversold conditions, which could produce a historic buying opportunity. 🔸️This analysis is based on the monthly timeframe, meaning: Price may still experience temporary rallies before the main correction, mainly to trap greedy traders.
