📉 ETHBTC Technical Analysis | August 8, 2025 🕒 Timeframes: Monthly & Weekly 🔶 Monthly Timeframe On the monthly timeframe, a massive inverse head and shoulders pattern formed between 2018 and 2021. After breaking the neckline, the price continued to rise without any notable pullback. However, the decline from 2022 to the present appears to be a long-term retest of that neckline. Interestingly, the price even dipped below the right shoulder of the pattern before quickly rebounding. This aligns perfectly with our previous Ethereum analysis, where we observed a major ascending trendline on the weekly chart being broken to the downside — followed by a sharp V-shape recovery and a reclaim of the trendline. This bounce also corresponds exactly to the neckline retest of the monthly inverse head and shoulders. These moves likely represent a liquidity grab and structural completion of the long-term bullish pattern. 🔷 Weekly Timeframe: Additionally, on the weekly timeframe, for the first time in nearly two years, ETHBTC has broken above the strong EMA 50 resistance and is now closing a solid candle above it, turning it into support. 💡 Conclusion: All signs point to strengthening bullish sentiment for Ethereum relative to Bitcoin.
