However, the structure forming on the chart closely resembles a bearish flag pattern, which is typically considered a bearish continuation pattern. 🔸️One likely scenario is that before the pattern fully activates, price may push higher toward the 𝟏𝟎𝟎,𝟎𝟎𝟎 – 𝟏𝟎𝟐,𝟎𝟎𝟎 zone (near the top of the channel), potentially creating a fake breakout that traps traders, followed by a bearish move. 🔸️If we see a valid breakdown below the channel floor, the bearish flag will be confirmed and could drive price toward the 𝟔𝟓,𝟎𝟎𝟎 – 𝟕𝟒,𝟎𝟎𝟎 range. This zone is considered a highly valuable area for laddered spot entries. 🔸️The importance of this range goes beyond price alone. The weekly EMA 𝟐𝟎𝟎 lies directly within this zone, and Bitcoin is approaching it for a second major interaction. This is the same EMA 𝟐𝟎𝟎 that acted as a launchpad in 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑, triggering approximately a 𝟑𝟓𝟎% rally in Bitcoin. For this reason, this area represents a critical technical and psychological support zone. 🔸️I expect the market to form a reliable bottom once the price reaches this area and then begin a recovery phase.
