A small ascending channel has formed, and price is now attempting to break it to the downside. A confirmed breakdown would activate the bearish H&S pattern. 🔸️The first downside target remains around 𝟕𝟗B, as mentioned before. However, another scenario is also possible: after the breakdown, the price could find strong support around 𝟏𝟐𝟗B, where a significant support zone and an unfilled gap are located. For now, everything depends on the area price is currently fighting with. 🔸️Looking at OTHERSBTC, price tested the marked gap zone and is now rejecting from the descending trendline. Price is trading inside a triangle and is getting very close to the apex, meaning a major breakout is likely before year-end. A breakout above the trendline could give altcoins room for a strong recovery. A breakdown below the triangle, however, would likely send price toward the October wick, potentially leading to another heavy sell-off across altcoins. 🔸️The next important chart is ETHBTC, which reflects Ethereum's relative strength against Bitcoin. Price remains in a broader downtrend since the descending trendline is still intact. However, it has been gradually approaching that resistance while forming a bullish flag. If activated, it could provide relief for both ETH and altcoins, and a larger breakout could fuel an even stronger recovery. 🔸️As for USDT.D, dominance has continued to follow the roadmap closely. It reached the projected target zone after finding support at the level highlighted in previous analyses. From here, dominance could either print long upper wicks or spend time around new highs while the market searches for a more reliable bottom and liquidity is accumulated. 🔸️Overall, despite the recent weakness, the market still has the potential to stage meaningful recoveries before finding its final bottom.
