(3/8) TAO 💰 Bittensor Tokenomics ($TAOUSDT): 🔵 The maximum supply of TAO is only 21 million coins, exactly like . Because of this scarcity, many people compare TAO to BTC. However, the main difference is that TAO is not just a simple currency; it is the core fuel of the Bittensor AI network. 🟢 Unlike many crypto projects, Bittensor did not have a traditional ICO or a massive private token sale where large amounts were distributed to early investors. TAO tokens are gradually produced and distributed through participation in the network. In other words, people who contribute to the network earn rewards. 🔵 Network rewards are distributed across several groups: miners who provide AI models or computing power, validators who evaluate subnet and network performance, subnet creators, and users who stake TAO or Alpha Tokens. 🟢 In the current network structure, around 18% of each subnet’s rewards go to the subnet creator, while the remaining rewards are shared between miners (41%), validators, and stakers (41%). 🔵 Like Bitcoin, Bittensor also has a halving mechanism. The network’s first halving occurred in December 2025, reducing daily TAO emissions by half (from 7,200 to 3,600). At the same time, block rewards were also reduced. 🟢 After the Dynamic TAO and Taoflow updates, the project’s economic system became more advanced. Now, simple mining is no longer the only factor. Capital inflow, staking activity, and real demand for subnets also affect reward distribution. This means that subnets attracting more users and investment receive more TAO and can grow faster. #tokenomics #project_introduction #tao #ethan #sorooshx
