Let's go... 📄 Design a table for yourself where we will outline the plan for the next month, starting from October 1st. Start Date: October 1, 2025 End Date: October 30, 2025 Write these two at the top of the paper. Then, for each day, leave about 4 lines. 💵 Overall Goal: Total Capital × 2 Example: $50 × 2 = $100 This means my goal is to have a total capital of $100 by the end of this month. (You may not always make that much profit, but we will strive to achieve this profit.) You write on the first day, October 1: 🏆 Today's Goals: Make $1 profit - Manage capital - Manage risk - Analyze or observe. ❓ What really happened today (example): I made $0.5 profit - I managed capital - I did not manage risk - I did not analyze. 🎗️ Alternatives for things I did not do: Next time, I will manage risk - I will analyze 2 different currencies. 🎭 Why did I not do these tasks and how did I feel today?: I did not manage risk for more profit - I did not analyze out of laziness. I was upset today because I did not make $1 and only made half of it. ❓❓ Were the things I did not do good or bad?: I did not manage risk and researched, which was bad. I did not analyze, which caused me to not know the resistance of this currency, so I was not aware that my long position should not be open when it hit resistance and fell, and I closed the trade in the middle of the drop. ❓❓ Were the things I did good?: I managed capital, and I could have lost, so that was good. Day Two, October 2: Goals and ....... 💻 Write exactly like before for day two until October 30. It is very important to write your feelings about the trades you make; it helps keep those feelings in your mind and express them. It’s great to repeat your words out loud while writing. Now you can design a similar plan for your life as well.
