Referral Program — earn USDC on every trade you bring in

Share your link. When the people you bring in trade, you keep a slice of the trading fee. Paid in USDC on Arbitrum. No expiry, no caps on lifetime earnings.

Roles at a glance

The trader always pays the same builder fee: 3 bps per fill (0.03%) on perps and spot, 2.5 bps (0.025%) on TradeFi markets. Your share comes out of that fee — the trader's cost is the same whether they came through your link or not.

How the money flows

Concrete example — a $1,000 BTC fill from a Bronze-tier trader you referred:

The builder fee is collected per fill, so a round-trip position (open + close) pays it twice — meaning you also earn twice on that round-trip.

Volume Tiers — your share % on each fill

The share you earn is determined per-fill by the referee's trailing 30-day notional volume at the time of that fill. The bigger their volume, the bigger your cut.

Key rules

• Per-referee, not per-Ambassador. Alice at $200k volume earns you Silver on her fills, Bob at $20k earns you Bronze on his — simultaneously.
• Snapshotted on each fill. The share % is locked in when the indexer records the fill. Later changes to the tier table never rewrite history.
• Live in the dashboard. The Referees → Current tier column shows each referee's tier right now, updated as their 30-day volume changes.

BDM — the second level

A BDM (Business Development Manager) is granted by the SorooshX team. Once flagged:

• People who use your link become Ambassadors under you, not direct trader-referees.
• You earn the standard 20–50% on your own direct trader-referees, plus 5% of every fill from any trader those Ambassadors brought in.
• A new "BD · Ambassadors" card appears on your dashboard, showing each Ambassador you recruited, their referee count, their downstream volume, and your BDM earnings from them.

You're a BDM. You recruit Alice (Ambassador). Alice refers Bob (trader). Bob places a $1,000 round-trip fill (Bronze tier):

Onboarding paths

🟢 Become an Ambassador (about 2 minutes)

1. Go to /referral and connect your wallet.
2. Copy your link (looks like https://www.sorooshx.com/ref/ABC123).
3. Share it on X, Telegram, WhatsApp — the dashboard has one-click share buttons.
4. When someone opens your link, a 90-day cookie attributes them to you. Their next wallet connection auto-binds them. Zero extra clicks on their side.
5. Once they trade, your earnings appear within minutes. Click Cash out at $10+ unclaimed.

🟠 Become a KOL (influencer onboarding)

KOLs are essentially Ambassadors with bonus terms. Path:

1. Build or already have a relevant audience (X following, Telegram channel, YouTube, etc.).
2. Open a Support ticket or reach out to the SorooshX team. Include your audience size + channels and a short pitch.
3. We review and respond. Common KOL deals include a custom share % override (e.g. fixed 35–50% regardless of referee tier), co-marketing support, and early access to features.
4. Once approved, your wallet gets the admin override and you receive a partnership doc.

🟣 Become a BDM (strategic partner)

BDM is for partners with the reach and operational capacity to recruit and manage multiple Ambassadors. Typical profiles: trading communities, content networks, agencies, regional partners.

• Requirement: active community or network with engaged traders.
• Requirement: capacity to onboard, train, and support 5+ Ambassadors.
• Requirement: track record of converting reach into actual trading volume.

To apply:

1. Open a Support ticket with the subject "BDM application".
2. Include: description of your community/network, member numbers (and volume if measurable), a list of Ambassadors you intend to recruit (or a recruitment plan), and your wallet address.
3. We review. If approved, your wallet is flagged as BDM, a new dashboard section appears for tracking your Ambassadors, and you receive the BDM partnership terms doc.

Cash out

The Cash out button creates a pending claim. The payout worker (runs every 10 minutes) broadcasts the USDC transfer on Arbitrum and confirms on-chain receipt before marking the claim sent. You'll see a clickable Arbiscan link on the dashboard once it settles.

Anti-abuse rules

FAQ

Do my referees pay more because they used my link?

No. The builder fee is identical with or without a referral. Your share comes out of what SorooshX would have kept.

How long does attribution last?

Forever. Once a wallet is bound to you, every fill they ever make credits you.

Why is one of my referees showing $0?

Either they haven't traded yet, or they never approved the SorooshX builder code (the one-time signature shown on first trade). Without that approval, no builder fee reaches us, so nothing is credited.

My referee's tier dropped — do I lose past earnings?

No. Already-earned USD is yours. Only their future fills earn at the new lower rate.

Can I become a BDM by hitting a high referee count?

No — BDM is a manual partnership grant, not an automatic promotion. The rank labels (Newcomer → Legend) are vanity only.

How often does the dashboard refresh?

The indexer pulls new fills once per day (around 03:30 UTC). Cashout claims process every 10 minutes. The dashboard summary itself is cached for 30 seconds.

What's the difference between a KOL deal and a regular Ambassador?

Mechanics are identical. KOL deals typically include a custom share % override (so you earn a fixed higher rate regardless of referee volume tier), plus co-marketing support and faster turnaround on partnership requests.

Are referral payouts taxable?

Treat them as ordinary revenue in your jurisdiction. SorooshX does not provide tax advice.
