• Use misleading, deceptive, or aggressive marketing tactics (e.g., false claims, spam, or unauthorized promotions).
• Engage in self-referrals, multi-account arbitrage, or artificial trading volume to earn commissions.
• Promise guaranteed profits or investment returns to attract referrals.
Violating these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your referral account.
3. Referral Rewards & Payment
3.1 Earning Commissions
• Referral commissions are based on a percentage of the trading fees generated by the referred user.
• Users must sign up using your unique referral link or code for commissions to be valid.
• SorooshX reserves the right to adjust commission rates as needed.
3.2 Payment Terms
• Commissions are paid according to the schedule outlined in the SorooshX Referral Program.
• If fraudulent activity is detected, SorooshX may withhold or cancel commissions.
4. Platform Rights & Responsibilities
4.1 Responsibilities of SorooshX
• Ensure timely payment of referral commissions.
• Provide referrers with access to their referral statistics.
• Review and address any disputes or complaints related to referrals.
4.2 Authority & Enforcement
• SorooshX has sole discretion in approving or rejecting referrals.
• If a referral is found to be in violation of this Agreement, SorooshX may suspend or terminate their participation.
5. General Terms
5.1 Modification & Termination
• SorooshX reserves the right to update or terminate this referral program at any time.
• Continued participation after updates implies acceptance of the new terms.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
• SorooshX is not responsible for any losses resulting from participation in the referral program.
• You participate at your own risk.
