SorooshX is entering a new phase of its platform evolution with the transition toward an On-Chain trading ecosystem.
As part of this transition, SorooshX is integrating with the Hyperliquid ecosystem to support On-Chain Futures trading and access to advanced decentralized trading infrastructure and liquidity.
This migration represents a major step toward our long-term vision of combining Self-Custody, advanced trading, AI-powered tools, community-driven features, and On-Chain infrastructure in one ecosystem.

🚨 IMPORTANT DEADLINES
Please read these deadlines carefully. The two deadlines are different.
🔴 ASSET WITHDRAWAL DEADLINE
All assets must be withdrawn from the current SorooshX platform by:

Users should not wait until the final days of September to initiate withdrawals.
🔴 FUTURES POSITION DEADLINE
All currently open Futures positions must be fully closed by:

New Futures positions cannot be opened during the migration period. Futures orders are available only in Reduce-Only mode for managing existing positions.

SorooshX services are transitioning to an On-Chain infrastructure through SSE.
The following features will continue to be available within the new ecosystem:

• Trading activity and related ecosystem features
Your SorooshX profile and participation in the ecosystem will continue within the new On-Chain environment.
The website and the upcoming SorooshX mobile application will be connected to the same underlying On-Chain ecosystem.

📌 HOW TO MIGRATE TO SOROOSHX ON-CHAIN
Follow these steps carefully:
1️⃣ CONVERT YOUR SPOT ASSETS
Where appropriate, convert your Spot assets to USDC before withdrawing.
This can make the migration and subsequent transfer to your personal wallet simpler.
2️⃣ MANAGE YOUR FUTURES POSITIONS
Existing Futures positions must be managed and fully closed no later than:
⏰ October 15, 2026
New Futures positions cannot be opened during the migration period.
Only Reduce-Only orders are available for existing positions, including:
• Reducing a position
• Closing a position
• Setting or modifying Stop Loss
• Setting or modifying Take Profit / Target
3️⃣ CREATE A NEW PERSONAL WALLET
We recommend creating a new wallet using a reputable self-custody wallet such as MetaMask or Trust Wallet.
For migration purposes, a new wallet should preferably have no previous transaction history.
Do not reuse an old wallet simply because it is convenient.
4️⃣ TRANSFER YOUR USDC
After completing the required conversion and withdrawal process, transfer your USDC to your personal wallet using the Arbitrum network (Arbitrum One). Make sure that both the sending and receiving network are set to Arbitrum before confirming the transaction.
Always verify the destination wallet address and network before confirming a transaction.
5️⃣ FUND YOUR WALLET FOR NETWORK FEES
Your wallet needs a small amount of ETH on the Arbitrum One network to cover network fees.
A small balance is generally sufficient for normal wallet operations.
Never send assets to an unsupported network or address.
6️⃣ CONNECT YOUR WALLET TO SSE

Once setup is completed, you can access the available On-Chain services and begin using the SSE ecosystem.

🔐 WHAT DOES "SELF-CUSTODY" MEAN?
With Self-Custody, your assets are held in a wallet controlled by you rather than being held in a traditional centralized exchange account.
This provides greater direct control over your assets.
However, Self-Custody also means that you are responsible for protecting your wallet credentials and recovery phrase.
SorooshX or SSE will never ask you for your Seed Phrase or private key.

⚠️ IMPORTANT WALLET SECURITY RULES
🔐 NEVER SHARE YOUR SEED PHRASE
Your 12-word recovery phrase is the master key to your wallet.
Never provide it to:
• SorooshX Support
• SSE Support
• Any employee
• Any website
• Any application
• Any person claiming to provide technical assistance
Anyone with access to your Seed Phrase may be able to control the assets in your wallet.
📝 STORE IT SECURELY
Write your recovery phrase down and store it somewhere secure and private.
Do not store it in screenshots, cloud storage, email, Telegram, or unsecured notes.
📱 SECURE YOUR DEVICE
Use a trusted, updated device with a strong passcode and biometric security where available.
Avoid installing unknown applications, wallet extensions, or software from untrusted sources.
Never connect your wallet to suspicious websites or unknown smart contracts.

🚨 ON-CHAIN TRANSACTION & KYT SCREENING
Moving to an On-Chain environment does not mean that transaction activity is anonymous or exempt from compliance screening.
Blockchain transactions are publicly observable and can be analyzed using blockchain intelligence and Know Your Transaction (KYT) systems.
SorooshX / SSE may use blockchain screening and risk-monitoring systems to identify transactions or wallet addresses associated with:
• Sanctioned entities or addresses
• Restricted services
• Known illicit activity
• Stolen or compromised funds
• Fraud and scam activity
• Money laundering indicators
• High-risk blockchain services
• Other activities prohibited under applicable compliance policies
Wallets or transactions identified as presenting unacceptable compliance or financial-crime risk may be restricted from interacting with the platform.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Do not attempt to bypass blockchain screening by transferring funds through intermediary wallets.
Changing the wallet address or routing assets through additional wallets does not necessarily remove the underlying transaction history or risk indicators.
If an address is associated with a sanctioned or prohibited entity, service, or activity, transactions involving that address may be rejected or subject to additional review.

🛡️ CLEAN WALLET & SOURCE-OF-FUNDS POLICY
For the safest migration experience, users should use a newly created personal wallet and fund it through a legitimate and reputable source.
Users should avoid receiving assets from:
• Sanctioned exchanges or services
• Wallets associated with sanctioned entities
• Known illicit or high-risk services
• Addresses flagged by blockchain screening systems
• Unknown third-party wallets
• Addresses with suspicious transaction history
A wallet may be subject to additional screening if it has previously interacted with high-risk or restricted addresses.
⚠️ IMPORTANT:
Do not attempt to "clean" or disguise transaction history by moving funds through multiple wallets.
The safest approach is to use a legitimate source of funds and maintain a clear, traceable transaction history.
